Corporate social responsibility- Making a difference to our Community by showing we CARE

Our major work areas include promoting education, spreading diversity and enhancing employment vocation skills, especially among children and women. We at IDEX believe corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a critical mission. IDEX Foundation India is committed to integrating environmental, social and ethical principles into the core business, thereby enhancing long-term stakeholder value and touching the lives of the world. We cater to sustainable development principles and implement the same in partnership with Alindra village school and other relevant stakeholders

Objectives

The specific objectives of the IDEX Foundation are to pursue the activities identified under Section 135 and Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, as well as other notifications issues by the Government of India in this regard. Initially, IDEX Foundation will focus on the following areas:
(i) Education:-
         a. Promoting education, including special education and employment enhancing vocational skills especially among children, women, elderly and the differently abled and livelihood enhancement projects;
         b. Contributions or fund provided to technology incubators located within academic institutions which are approved by the Central Government;
(ii) Environment:-
         a. Ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, promotion of flora and fauna, animal welfare, agroforestry, conservation of natural resources and maintaining quality of soil, air & water.

Model School

One of our unique initiatives is to develop model School. Making of a model School involves ensuring self-reliance in all aspects viz. education of children & child health care, Infrastructure, working towards sustainable children educations. Fundamentally, ensuring that development reaches to each and every children of village also provide higher education for the children in same village.
